With 10 years paddling history and more than 10 years in the sport licensed business, Wade's life now evolves around paddling as well as selling his quality range of  paddling headwear, paddling sunglasses, paddler clothing, SUP boards and outrigger, dragon boat and stand up paddles. He knows the life and therefore knows the equipment and clothing ideal for the paddling lifestyle.

Wade's paddling experience includes founding and successfully running the Outlaw Water Paddling series on Victoria's Surf Coast - a way, he feels, of giving back to the paddling community and the paddling sport. His motto is "at one with the elements" and this is reflected in Wade's attitude to life and business. He created the Paddlers online range to give paddling sports people their own identity no matter what the paddling craft.
